Mental Health Complaints Commissioner

Launching a new organisation in the Mental Health field

The Mental Health Complaints Commissioner (MHCC), established July 1, 2014 was created to hear and respond to feedback from patients, carers and the families of people who have experienced Victoria's mental health services. As new government organisation MHCC was looking to spread awareness and build a strong fan base.

In conjunction with the launch of MHCC a presence was launched on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+ and Twitter. MHCC have successfully joined the Mental Health conversation and are constantly increasing awareness for their mission and purpose.

The MHCC has successfully been able to use social media to garner responses to surveys and gain feedback from followers on their own unique perspectives on the ideas that underpin their organisation which include: support, accessibility and responsiveness.
