1. What is Meta Business Suite?
Meta Business Suite is a free tool that centralises Facebook, Instagram in one place.
You can manage everything from Page Notifications, Messages and Posts whilst also being able to track insights and trends.
Business Manager VS Suite
Business Manager = Back-end ownership and access
Business Suite = Front-end management – creating and scheduling posts, replying to messages etc.
2. How to us Business Suite
While it looks quite complicated, once you know your way around Business Suite it’s actually very easy (and useful) to navigate!
When you open Business Suite, it takes you to the Home screen. This is where you will see an overview of your Facebook Page and Instagram account. You’ll see updates, recent posts and ads, and insights. You can also create a post or promote your business from here.
Here you’ll see new notifications for your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
Here you can read new messages and comments from your Facebook Page, Messenger and Instagram accounts. You can also create automated responses to help save time when responding to questions people commonly ask.
Posts & Stories
Publish or schedule new posts and stories for your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
If your Business Manager Account has a Commerce Account, you’ll be able to access it from Meta Business Suite desktop. You can also create a new Commerce Account for your business if you don’t have one.
The planner gives you a calendar view of your past scheduled and currently scheduled posts to help you keep track.
You can create new ads and place them on Facebook and Instagram, boost your posts, and promote your Page.
However, we would still recommend setting them up via your Ad Account as it’s easier to track in one place.
Here you can see details about your business’s performance, such as trends, activity on the content you share and more information about your audience.
On Meta Business Suite desktop, you’ll find other Facebook tools and settings you might use to manage your business presence in the More Tools section. This includes other tools, such as Ads Manager, Business Settings and Page Settings. You can also go to your Facebook Page from here.
