This is a live service, executed by real humans, engaging other real humans. Therefore there is no guarantee of the amount of results and the rate at which they are attained.
All best efforts are made to acheive targets, but with real world engagement comes real world results, some may be significantly larger than expected, some lower.
It is recommended that a minimum of 30 days is allocated to see results, however results can often be seen earlier.
No contracts are required. No refunds are offered for services. Services may be cancelled at any time.
No. There is no contract or minimum period. You can come and go as you please. Each month Engagement activity is undertaken, if your subscription ceases during the course of a month, the remainder of your engagement will be carried out for that month.
No, absolutely not. The Aston Grow program is manned by a real human, who uses Instagram the same way you do yourself. Engagement is done via the Instagram app on a mobile device, exactly the same way you would do it yourself.
No AI, no Bots, no Software, no Automation. Nothing of the sort is used.
Your point of contact is here in Australia and you can contact them via phone or email. You will have a dedicated account manager and they’re the only person you’ll deal with.
To achieve the price point that we do, one of our team, Christine, is based in The Phillipines. Christine has been working as part of our team here at Aston Social for the past 7 years and is as much part of our team as anyone else.
Your account details are never released to any outside party, nor do we have any unknown contractors or affiliates working on your account. The only people who have access to your account are your account manager here in Melbourne and Christine.
We have never had anyone lose their account, period. Not a single one.
This is because our activity doesn’t breach the Instagram terms of service. We aren’t breaking any rules. There is no robots, software or AI. It is simply a person using Instagram ‘as you’.
Thus, there is no reason for Instagram to deactivate your account.
From time to time we do have Instagram put a temporary pause on our activities. This is because we work too fast, and Christine is a gun at what she does! Instagram will occasionally prevent us from continuing our activities temporarily, which means we have to pause for a few days until it comes back again.
To minimise the chances of this happening we do heavily randomise our activity, which means you might go some days without seeing activity, then suddenly you’ll see a flurry of engagement. This is deliberate.
