New technology platform needed promotion.
SAI Global Property Services were set to launch the new platform, Settlement Room. The combination of Settlement Room and PEXA was set to about to revolutionise the journey to settlement for professionals and consumers alike. SAI Global Property were looking to increase communication with customers to lead the e-conveyancing revolution.
A new strategy and campaign to launch Settlement Room onto social media was called for.
New ideas for a new presence.
New ideas for both content and campaign concepts were required to launch the new platform. While SAI Global were already a well known brand with many social profiles visible, the Property Services arm didn’t yet have a presence.
Race against the clock.
The launch of PEXA along with rapid updates of the software saw the social content needing considerable ramp up. A number of campaigns and smaller social media tactics (eg Meme’s) were utilised to accelerate the presence.
Engagement all around
The slightly unorthodox and certainly new to SAI Global content style and strategic approach created engagement from all angles. Customers, staff, competitors even the media started picking up on the content being published and story being told.
The center of conversation
As a result SAI Global Property have been leading the conversation in e-conveyancing and have greatly increased their reach and engagement. Being seen as the center point of all things online-settlement helped SAI Global successfully launch and sell ‘Settlement Room’.
